Jim’s Challenge for the Quintessentially Foundation

Dear Family and Friends

In a moment of weakness I have decided to repeat last year’s cycling challenge, further and more challenging, we are crossing the mountains of Italy from Venice to Rome this summer. This year’s ride will be supporting the two very worthy causes below, if you can donate that would be fantastic, and you will automatically be entered into this wonderful prize draw.

Dinner for two at Vasco and Piero’s Pavilion Restaurant in Soho. Favourite restaurant of Michael Palin and Lawrence Dallaglio, this family owned restaurant serves the finest food from Umbria. The meal will include Prosecco on arrival and a three course dinner with wine.

Below are the two great charities we will be raising money for.  For any keen cyclists out there, you can still register for this challenge up until the 31st March, please come and join us, contact me for details.

Greenhouse (www.greenhousecharity.org) empowers young people in London’s most disadvantaged communities to realise their potential through high quality, intensive sports programmes delivered by inspirational coaches.

Place 2 Be (www.place2be.org.uk) provides emotional and therapeutic services in primary and secondary schools, building children’s resilience through talking, creative work and play. They currently reach 75,000 children, helping them to cope with wide-ranging and often complex social issues including bullying, bereavement, domestic violence, family breakdown, neglect and trauma.

I really appreciate any support you can give.

Best wishes Jim
